Deposit Requirement:
A deposit is required for all services and must be submitted within 24 hours of your appointment request. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be declined.
Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your appointment up to two times while retaining your initial deposit. After the second reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book again.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full service booked.
Grace Period:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for each appointment. If you arrive later than this, you will need to reschedule your appointment.
Guest Policy:
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, no visitors or extra guests are allowed during your appointment.
Food Policy:
No food is permitted during your appointment.
